The back players can see most of the field and can tell what is happening, thus communication is very important to this position. You should understand your teammates positions and understand the team strategy.
The Mid Player
This is a utility position. You must be able to play both Back and front is you need fill in a position. You need to be a problem solver and fix the problems before they happen. You must also relay communication from the back to the front players.
Front Player
Off the break your goal as a front player is to advance as far as possible, with the 50 yard bunkers as your goal. Speed, running and gunning skills are a must and the position is typically reserved for the smaller, faster and more aggressive players.
